Shipping policy


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Costs

AU orders are shipped with AUS Post Express at zero charge.

NZ orders are shipped with Standard Post at zero charge with the option to upgarde to Express.

All other regions shipping is calculated at checkout.


Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If you enter an incorrect address and the order has not been shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@beemer.shop so we can update it.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges are included in the item price.


Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for unavoidable delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Delayed packages: If your order has not arrived within 5 business days after the maximum estimate, please contact us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@beemer.shop within 48–72 hours with photos of the packaging and the damaged item.


Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@beemer.shop within 2 hours of placing it.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.
